- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The only reason I started banking at PNC (in general) is because this location stayed open until 7pm. This was PERFECT because of the long hours I work. Every so often, I'm able to get out of the office before 6pm which made the 7pm closing time just right. One day, about a year or so ago, they decided to switch up and start closing at 5pm (without any warning). This has beyond pissed me off. I asked for an explanation and they just said they decided to cut the hours... For the last year, I've been constantly struggling to make it to any PNC (again, because of the hours I work) making the entire ordeal a living hell. I might make it to a PNC once every 1-2 months. The moment I find the time to conveniently move my account to another bank with longer business hours throughout the week, I will be moving my 6 figures elsewhere. I hope I make a small dent at the least when I leave. I'm only loyal to those that are consistent and honest. Don't change on me and I won't change on you. I will never bank with PNC again.
