- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the 2nd yr in a row that I've been screwed by H&R at this location. Last year, I have them my banking information & they still put my return on their Emerald card. I had to pay the fees to have the money put into my account. This year, they're offering an advance & as much as I needed this money & explained my situation 3 times, I was told I would be given the advance. Well, I found out today that they never applied for this advance for me & are doing nothing about it. This will now leave a mother & 3 kids homeless. So the office manager hung up on me after I told her I wanted my taxes done at no charge. In my situation, that's the least they can do!By Patricia Cash, September 01, 2017
