- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I feel bad that I did not get her name, but the employee from today was wonderful. This shop, in general, has not been very busy or crowded any time I've been there. I had a yoga mat to return and she allowed me to snag a box that fit perfect and taped it securely for me. I'm sure this is well within her scope but she didn't make me feel like a nuisance and it was a much easier process than I expected. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had to drop off some text books. The owner told me I had to pay a fee to tape up a box or buy tape of my own. I've dropped off many packages to UPS in the past and never had this problem. Then he tried to sell me padded envelopes saying the books would get crushed. The dudes a scam. I'd recommend going to another store.By Seth McClenathan, October 26, 2016
