- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Thanks to Gus Shihab I received an H1B work visa, an extended H1B, and eventually my Green Card through marriage. Working with immigration can feel like a very arbitrary process and cause anxiety. When working with Gus & Associates however you can be confident that all the right steps are taken, all the right documents are filed, and all the essential evidence is provided. Though the outcome of any application cannot be guaranteed, thanks to Gus's approach in handling my cases I felt much more confident. Prompt in response.. clear in guidance.. no biased input from employer. perfect tracking in portal. even i got response on Saturdays from Adam and Josh. I have used them for both my H1 and green card and both processes yielded successful results. We have a long history. They make the process very easy and efficient. They are very on top of their work. Communication is extremely efficient and response is very quick. I felt very comfortable the entire time. I have a very busy schedule and what I love is that they kept up with all the dates and made sure I turned in all necessary paperwork to them ahead of time.
