- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Tim Van Eman handled my husband's malpractice case. Tim and his staff were awesome. He took time to explain each step that would take place. This type of case takes a great length of time. I never had to call for status!; Tim kept me up to speed every step of the way. Everyone that was involved in bringing this case together was wonderful. They worked with my time schedule knowing it was important that I not miss work, and also to care for my husband. When he needed to use outside people they always worked under the same standards at Tim does. Not only is Tim a skillful attorney, but he is one of the most compassionate people I have met. I always felt like I was Tim's only client. He always had time for me. I always felt he was working in our best interest. I cannot say enough great things about Tim and his wonderful staff. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was treated extremely rudely from a lawyer at this firm. Was not willing to even give me some basis why they wouldn't help! I would be surprised if you were not ever sued. I essentially asked for help, by explaining my situation. It wasn't given consideration. Their company policies were described on the web site, which was not how this lawyer treated me. Basically he rushed through not listening to my concerns. I feel this firm is archaic in its thinking. I'm sure they won't litigate any concerns to help people further life in a legal atmosphere.
