  Terrible!!!! I came here to buy a truck a few months ago from Kal, I was given all of these trashy trucks with issues to test drive. I should have known then not to buy from here. Anyway, at the end of my test drives, the manager said he has the perfect truck and I will need to put down an extra thousand for the down payment and it is perfect, nothing is wrong with it. blah blah blah. Well I got rushed into buying it, after I ran my card, before I signed anything, I noticed one of the running boards did not go up and down like it was supposed to, 1 person said they would fix it the other said it's too late you ran your card. Then a couple days later, it would not start, it actually got me stranded at the drive in movie theatre. They said they would take off a new battery from the quadruple price I owed. The temputure actuator is messed up. I called and asked for an appointment to see someone there to fix it, they still haven't returned my calls. The engine light has come on several times, to top it off, I was driving and the whole air suspension failed. I drive my kids around in this and almost got in an accident. I was tricked and rushed into getting a vehicle from them. They do not care about anything but money. I have gotten a lemon from here and If I was you I would stay away from these scammers! Even the Attorney General has a lawsuit with them! I found this out after I got my attorney involved! Stay Away.

  Once you walk into the store to look for a good car to buy, they keep repeating: "we're here for you". But once you sign the papers for the car you bought you find out that's not really the case. I bought a car, paid good money on it and was promised that by the time I came back to pick um my car, some issues would be fixed (AC and battery). It didn't happen. My AC doesn't work and the battery is an old one (they promised a new one) and once I went there to complain, they said they would take care of those problems if I paid for them. That's absurd!!!! Don't buy here!

  I had a good initial dealing with Kellie Auto. Picking out my car was easy with no hassle or pressure. My sales person Cory was very nice and accommodating. There were a few things that needed to be done to the vehicle I picked out (back brakes were grinding and a couple of cosmetic things). I thought the brakes were replaced all around but now I found out the front brakes need to be replaced. Which is fine I can deal with that because it's a used vehicle there are bound to be some things to be done to it. I initially told Cory that I needed something I can put on the highway because I go back home to Wisconsin often and being a single mom of two i needed something safe. Only 2 weeks in I need tie rods, an O2 sensor and the catalytic converter needs to be replaced not to mention all of the minor things that need to be done. Basically over $2000 dollars worth of work. I was told by Katie that they would charge me to fix the O2 sensor and the catalytic converter (which are the only things I asked them to repair). I'm hoping to get a better response from someone else. It's now been 3 weeks. I dont think its right that I have to pay for this out of pocket. If I get better results after today, then I will change my review. I love the vehicle and want to keep it but if they can't help me then I'll have to return it. Considering what the vehicle cost and the amount down I had to give, I'm hoping they are reasonable and do the repairs free of charge. Update 9/20/2017- No resolution. They offered to MAYBE, POSSIBLY give me 200 bucks back if I pay for the tie rods on my own. No assistance with the catalytic converter. I agree with the other reviews (which I should have read before going here) that this is NOT a stand up place and I will NEVER do business here again or refer anyone here. Needless to say it's been 3 weeks and I am unable to drive the vehicle over 35 mph because of the blockage in the catalytic converter so it's parked and I've been paying for rides wherever I have to go. SMMFH...but I will get the.........
