    Terrible customer service. If you ever have a problem, they act like they are doing you a favor by fixing it. I finally had enough with this branch and went to Chase.

    Worst customer service I've ever encountered in a bank. The branch manager was beyond the pale. I had a simple issue that she could not fix and had to go to an underling and have them help her. Suffered 1 and a half hours in there and still did not fix my problem. Less than a star if I could.
