- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We had bounced back and forth for several months on what to do about our situation. Frankly we were just overwhelmed and exhausted, and the constant calls from collection agencies really didn't help. After doing much research on the filing process we started to seriously consider bankruptcy. After discussing things with a friend she gave us a glowing recommendation for their office and decided to take the initiative. There was some "homework" and preparation, but everything went very smoothly and we feel very blessed to have had Mr. Fesenmyer be the one to represent us.By A Google User, June 12, 2017
