  If I could give a zero rating I would. From the moment I walked in I did not feel welcomed. I walked in and was not greeted despite there being several available employees and making eye contact. I went to the range and informed the guy this was my first time shoot/and handling a gun to which all he did was hand me a paper to go over and sent me back with my friend. When we came out they charged us $5 for possibly hitting the metal part in the range (no big deal but kind of petty). I was looking at their merchandise once we were done and informed a guy who worked there (the first nice encounter) I was getting my ccw, he asked if I was getting it from them and when I advised him I wasn't his entire attitude changed and wouldn't give me any information about if the place I chose I was a bad idea. Overall I was happy because I was able to shoot but will never come back to this place. My friend was there 10 minutes before me and received the same shotty attitudes. ***thank you for your response, I can appreciate what it is you are trying to do and looking into the matter further. Regardless of me looking at my phone when I walked in, I should have been greeted by 1 of the 3 people who were in vicinity. In reference to not wanting to bad talk another business - that is completely understandable but your employee shouldn't have responded so negatively to make me ask in the first place (which by the way I had no issues). I also spoke to my friend who was there before again and she further confirmed the off service that day. Based on the other reviews it appears it was just off day for you guys. Best of luck.

  Very welcoming and helpful staff. They checked in with me while I was looking around to see if I needed any help and gladly answered all of my questions. Their retail inventory is pretty extensive, and the prices seem fair relative to what I've seen in my research. I'll definitely be back!

  This is the best firearms facility around. The staff are totally reliable and knowledgable. The shooting range and in house classes are terrific!

  Went with a friend about 2 weeks ago and purchased a glock 19. Staff was very nice, greeted us right when we came in and asked if we needed any help. The place is very professional and had a very large selection of different guns and accessories. I think how professional the store is and the staff is what stands out the most. A few gun shops we went to before this one didn't have the quality that we were looking for at all. We also ended up coming back 10 days later to return a flashlight we didn't want and everyone was super nice again and they handled the return perfectly. They even returned the tax on the item and everything, no hassle, super smooth great experience. Will definitely come back again in the future

  Absolutely awful. Was waiting for 30 minutes before I walked out because know one even ask if I needed help or would be a minute. Nothing. Guess they didn't want a big sale today. Taking my business to Vance's. Thanks for nothing and wasted gas.
