- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Called to see if my title had made it to the office from another state (moved from PA to OH). I was told that the person who would have the information was busy, but that they had in my file an attempt to contact me (voice mail was full), and to leave my contact info. Never received a call back. Called back a couple weeks later. Woman on the phone was very rude, immediately saying I should confirm that information through my lein holder. Was then told my name didn't come up at all in their system. I mentioned being told that my file indicated an attempt to contact me and that I left my number with another worker. I was cut off in explaining that to be told "the number would have been left with me and I return all my calls." She didn't. Finished by rudely being told to just contact me lein holder about it. Guess you can afford to staff your offices with rude people when people have no other choice but to use you.By Nick Dean, February 19, 2017
