- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Beware if your furniture needs to be assembled by you... We bought a dining room set with 4 chairs and the extended protection plan. As it turns out the extended payment plan did not cover events like a piece of the wood for the chairs that was stripped beyond repair. There was no warranty protection from the service plan or from the manufacturer and in only 17 months the chair is completely broken. To their credit, the service plan did cover an event with the sofa where one of the seats was broken.By daguru324, December 11, 2016
