- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great service fast and friendly. As the owner I would like to comment to Greg S from about a month ago. This gentleman came in on Saturday as he stated he often does. He brought five large boxes with him to drop off. He was not shipping through us but just dropping off. He was getting ready to leave and I asked him if he was taping of his boxes that were all open. He stated it when he comes in on most Saturdays the girl usually just takes it up for him. I stated she was going above and beyond but we can't do this every Saturday. This is a business and we don't typically give away free tape on that number of boxes. We will often tape up one or two small boxes Because we like going above and beyond. However when it's expected that we tape five large boxes every Saturday and we have tape for sale at a relatively inexpensive price it is best if the customer purchase some tape and then they can use it week after week until that runs out. when I asked him to purchase he told me that he didn't think he should have to buy it. I stated that I was sorry but I did recommend that he purchase some tape. He got belligerent and started cussing in the store I asked him to leave. We still wish to provide fast and friendly service and some tape if it's not too much but this is a business, a small business, and we need to generate a profit. Most of our customers understand this. If there are several boxes of large sizes we will request that tape is purchased unless you're shipping through our store and then the tape is included in the price of the shipment. We hope to continue to provide great service as most of our customers have come to appreciate. Greg I hope we're able to see you again and we can continue meeting your shipping needs But we can't have folks taking our generosity for granted or we would lose money on shipping supplies daily.
